I am a Biomedical Engineering graduate from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), Bangladesh, where I received three Dean’s Awards and a technical scholarship for academic excellence. I am currently a Researcher at the Bio-Neural Intelligence and Research Advancement (BINAR) Lab, KUET, and am actively seeking M.Sc./Ph.D. opportunities in biomedical engineering and related fields.

My research sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and biomedical science, with a focus on making healthcare diagnostics faster, more accurate, and more accessible. I am broadly interested in:

  • AI-based medical imaging and computer-aided diagnosis
  • Biomedical signal and image processing
  • Deep learning, transfer learning, and domain adaptation
  • Neuroengineering and brain-computer interfaces
  • Cancer diagnostics and disease classification
  • Federated learning and large language models in healthcare
  • Bioinformatics

My undergraduate thesis proposed a hybrid framework combining parallel transfer learning, multi-model feature fusion, and LSTM networks for gallbladder cancer classification, achieving 99.37% accuracy. More recently, I have worked on cervical cancer detection using deep learning (published in Results in Engineering, Q1), molecular interaction networks across multiple cancers, and vision-to-language frameworks for medical reasoning.

I have gained international research exposure through a Research Assistant internship at Ulster University, Northern Ireland, UK (October 2024), where I worked on cancer genomics and gene network analysis. I am also active in the academic community as President of the Advanced Bioengineering Club (ABC-KUET) and Head of HR at Spectrum – Professional Skill Development Club, KUET.

Outside research, I enjoy building biomedical prototypes — past projects include a brain tumor segmentation system, a telemedicine application (MediConnect), and VitaSync, a smart band for vital metrics monitoring.
